Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Getting Energy Moving
Another Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help is really helpful in really getting energy moving to assist all kinds of physical complaints.
Place you right hand on you left shoulder. Just hook it over & let your arm hang there. Place your left hand at your groin where your leg connects to your body.

Wait for the two places pulse together. It may feel like a blood pulse, but it is an energetic pulse. Sit & breathe, and relax. Give it a little time. When the two places pulse together or you are ready to move on, leave your right hand where it is and move your left hand to your sit bone, where your leg hooks to your body in the back. You can have your left hand palm up or palm down. It doesn’t make any difference.

Again, wait for the two places to pulse together. Once that has happened, do the same thing on the other side.

Try this after the Main Central and holding your fingers and see what you think. Notice how it feels and what changes in your body. You may be absolutely amazed.
